We are seeking a dynamic Regional Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our builder’s state or regional operations. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with a strong background in sales strategy, operations management, and marketing. You will be responsible for driving growth, optimizing processes, and promoting a culture of high performance and morale within your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Development: Foster a high-performance culture through effective leadership and mentorship. Provide direct feedback and in-person training to enhance team skills and capability.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to boost market penetration and drive revenue growth within your region.
