Job Description: Credentialing and Marketing Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Credentialing and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our services are effectively positioned in the market while managing the essential functions of credentialing, billing, scheduling, and caseload development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a robust protection caseload within 90 days of credentialing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Credentialing Support: Manage the credentialing process to ensure all necessary documentation and requirements are completed and submitted timely.

• Caseload Development: Strategically develop and secure a protection caseload within the first 90 days post-credentialing, focusing on building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Billing Management: Assist with billing processes to ensure accurate and timely submission of claims, resolve inquiries, and maintain financial records.

• Scheduling Coordination: Organize and manage scheduling for services to ensure effective client engagement and operational efficiency.

• Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies to promote services, including social media, community outreach, and networking events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with credentialing processes and healthcare billing practices.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous experience in marketing and client acquisition is a plus.
