Job Title: Credentialing and Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Credentialing and Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely protection and caseload build within 90 days of credentialing. You will play a key role in the following areas:

• Credentialing: Manage and streamline the credentialing process to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Work closely with providers to gather necessary documentation and facilitate timely approval.

• Billing and Scheduling Support: Provide comprehensive support for billing processes and scheduling appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for both providers and clients.

• Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance visibility and attract new clients. Collaborate with the team to create promotional materials and engage with the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the credentialing process for new hires to ensure swift integration.
• Assist with billing inquiries and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate scheduling for appointments and consultations.
• Implement marketing initiatives to promote services and build brand awareness.
• Track and report on caseload metrics and marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Experience in credentialing and billing processes.
