Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credentialing and Caseload Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building a robust caseload within 90 days of credentialing, ensuring the effective delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Credentialing: Facilitate the credentialing process for practitioners, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected, verified, and submitted in a timely manner.
• Caseload Development: Strategically develop and manage a caseload following the completion of the credentialing process, aiming for optimal client enrollment and engagement within 90 days.
• Billing Support: Assist with billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Scheduling: Coordinate schedules for practitioners and clients, maximizing efficiency and service delivery.
• Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services, utilizing various channels to attract new clients and enhance service visibility.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of the credentialing process and requirements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in billing, scheduling, or marketing is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
