Job Title: Credentialing and Caseload Development Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Credentialing and Caseload Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building a protection and caseload within 90 days of credentialing, ensuring timely and effective service delivery for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Credentialing: Facilitate the credentialing process for new providers, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.

  • Caseload Development: Strategically build and manage a caseload of clients, aiming for efficient service delivery within the first 90 days post-credentialing.

  • Billing & Scheduling Support: Collaborate with the billing department to ensure accurate invoicing and provide scheduling support to optimize client appointments.

  • Marketing Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our services, reaching potential clients effectively.

  • Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with all stakeholders, including providers, clients, and administrative staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with credentialing processes and billing systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in healthcare marketing is a plus.
