Join our dynamic team as a Credentialing and Client Relationship Specialist, where you’ll play a crucial role in building and managing our caseload while providing comprehensive support. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless credentialing process, allowing professionals to engage with clients effortlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Credentialing: Efficiently manage the credentialing process for new professionals, ensuring all documentation meets compliance standards within the first 90 days.
• Caseload Management: Build and maintain a robust caseload by establishing effective client relationships and optimizing service delivery.
• Billing and Scheduling: Assist in the billing and scheduling processes to ensure clients receive timely and efficient services, while also addressing any related inquiries.
• Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our services, develop outreach strategies, and enhance our brand’s visibility in the community.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in credentialing, billing, or scheduling preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with marketing strategies is a plus.
