Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Credentialing and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring that our services are seamlessly integrated into the market, allowing us to build a robust protection and caseload within the first 90 days of credentialing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Credentialing Support: Oversee the credentialing process for new providers, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational requirements. Facilitate the timely completion of necessary documentation to achieve credentialing status swiftly.

• Billing and Scheduling: Collaborate with billing teams to ensure accurate and efficient processing of claims. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing provider calendars to optimize service delivery.

• Marketing Support: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote services and attract new clients. Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and community outreach initiatives.

• Caseload Management: Drive efforts to build a substantial caseload within 90 days post-credentialing by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities, fostering community partnerships, and leveraging existing relationships.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in credentialing, billing, and scheduling within a healthcare setting.
• Strong marketing acumen with demonstrated success in implementing strategies that generate leads and enhance service visibility.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
