Job Title: Credentialing and Marketing Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Credentialing and Marketing Support Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding process for our healthcare providers. You will be responsible for building and managing caseloads within 90 days of credentialing, while also supporting the essential functions of billing, scheduling, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Credentialing: Efficiently manage the credentialing process for healthcare providers, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with industry standards.
• Caseload Development: Build and maintain caseloads for providers, aiming to achieve optimal patient engagement and service delivery within 90 days of credentialing.
• Billing Support: Assist with billing processes to ensure timely and accurate payment for services rendered.
• Scheduling: Coordinate provider schedules to maximize efficiency and ensure that patient appointments are managed effectively.
• Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services, enhance brand visibility, and attract new clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in credentialing, healthcare marketing, or administrative support is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various healthcare management software.
