Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Credentialing and Client Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth onboarding of new clients while simultaneously supporting our organizational goals in credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Credentialing: Oversee the credentialing process to ensure compliance with industry standards, completing all necessary documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Caseload Management: Build a robust caseload within the first 90 days of credentialing, establishing strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met.
• Billing Support: Assist with billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing while addressing client inquiries related to billing issues.
• Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointment schedules for clients, ensuring optimal efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services, develop outreach initiatives, and assist in the creation of marketing materials to attract new clients.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in credentialing, healthcare administration, or client management preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
