We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Credentialing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building comprehensive protection and caseloads within 90 days of credentialing. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our staff is properly credentialed, while also providing essential support in billing, scheduling, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Credentialing Management: Oversee the credentialing process to ensure timely and accurate completion, maintaining compliance with all industry regulations.
• Caseload Development: Successfully establish protection and caseloads for new team members within 90 days to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Billing Support: Assist in the billing process to ensure accuracy and timely submissions, collaborating with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies.
• Scheduling Coordination: Manage scheduling logistics to optimize resources and support team availability.
• Marketing Support: Contribute to marketing strategies by promoting credentialed services, enhancing visibility, and facilitating outreach efforts to attract new clients.

Qualifications:

• Experience in credentialing, billing, and scheduling within a healthcare or similar environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools to manage credentialing and scheduling processes.
