Job Title: Credentialing Coordinator with Marketing Support

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Credentialing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building a protection and caseload within 90 days of credentialing, ensuring our providers are fully prepared to deliver exceptional care. This position encompasses a variety of tasks, including:

• Credentialing: Oversee the comprehensive credentialing process for providers, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
• Billing and Scheduling: Coordinate billing processes and manage scheduling to optimize provider availability and patient flow.
• Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our services effectively, utilizing various channels to attract new patients and build brand recognition.
• Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with providers, patients, and internal teams to facilitate a seamless experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare credentialing, billing, and scheduling
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Marketing experience or knowledge is a plus
