Job description: The Marketing Representative is responsible for promoting a company’s products or services to potential customers. They work to increase sales and brand awareness through various marketing tactics such as advertising, sales promotions, and social media campaigns. The Marketing Rep also collaborates with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching target markets and achieving revenue goals. Additionally, they are responsible for ensuring that all marketing materials are accurate and up-to-date, and may be required to assess the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. This role involves packaging brochures and other promotional materials for distribution at events and trade shows to attract new customers and retain existing ones. The Marketing Rep also monitors and enforces penalties for non-compliance with marketing policies and guidelines to maintain brand reputation and integrity.
