As a Marketing and Leasing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our residential community. Your primary responsibilities include implementing our marketing plan to attract prospective residents, qualifying and documenting potential residents, leasing vacant units, and facilitating smooth move-in processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Marketing Strategies: Execute targeted marketing initiatives to promote our community, utilizing online platforms, social media, and traditional marketing methods.

• Qualify Prospective Residents: Conduct thorough assessments of potential residents to ensure they meet leasing criteria, providing outstanding customer service throughout the process.

• Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all leasing activity, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Leasing Units: Assist in leasing vacant apartments by conducting tours, answering inquiries, and highlighting the features and amenities of the community.

• Facilitate Move-Ins: Coordinate and implement seamless move-in processes for new residents, ensuring a welcoming experience from the start.

• Customer Engagement: Maintain positive relationships with current and prospective residents, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in real estate or property management
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in marketing strategies and tools
• Knowledge of leasing processes and regulations is a plus
