Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Retail Merchandising Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the visual appeal and organization of our product shelves, ensuring they are always inviting and engaging for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Handling: Lift and move products up to 30 lbs as needed to restock and organize shelves.
• Shelf Management: Front face products to present items in a visually appealing manner, ensuring product placements are neat and accessible.
• Marketing Collaboration: Receive and implement marketing materials, ensuring that promotions and brand messages are effectively displayed alongside products.
• Inventory Monitoring: Keep track of inventory levels and communicate any needs for restocking to the management team.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or expiry, removing any that do not meet quality standards.
• Customer Engagement: Assist customers as needed, providing product information and maintaining a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Previous retail or merchandising experience is a plus but not required.
