Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Marketing: Promote FHA and VA loan products to prospective clients, utilizing effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to foster a trustworthy partnership that encourages repeat business and referrals.
• Consulting & Support: Provide expert advice and consulting services to clients regarding FHA/VA loans, guiding them through the application process and answering any inquiries they may have.
• Technology Utilization: Use our digital solutions to effectively process and manage loan applications, ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in FHA/VA loan sales, with a deep understanding of related regulations and compliance.
• Strong marketing skills, with a focus on promoting financial products and services.
