Job Description:

The Mortgage Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for Truist Mortgage Loan products, ensuring adherence to bank policies and procedures. This role involves building effective referral networks and fostering relationships to drive mortgage production while consistently meeting or exceeding established goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy Development:

   • Create and implement comprehensive marketing and development plans for Truist Mortgage Loan products.
   • Design promotional campaigns to effectively communicate product benefits to potential clients.

2. Goal Achievement:

   • Work towards achieving and surpassing agreed-upon mortgage production goals through targeted marketing initiatives.
   • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize impact.

3. Referral Management:

   • Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, ensuring consistent communication and collaboration.
   • Monitor and evaluate referral effectiveness, implementing improvements as necessary.

4. Compliance and Reporting:

   • Ensure all marketing efforts comply with banking regulations and internal policies.
   • Maintain accurate records and reports of marketing activities, lead generation, and production results.

5. Market Analysis:

   • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product enhancement and competitive positioning.
   • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in mortgage marketing or sales.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
