Overview:
Join Red Lobster as a Gift Card Strategy and Innovation Manager, where you will drive strategic initiatives and execute innovative solutions for our gift card business across all channels, including in-restaurant and digital platforms. This role is pivotal in shaping a differentiated and desirable gift card experience that enhances customer engagement and drives sales.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive strategy for the gift card business that aligns with Red Lobster’s overall objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Innovation Execution:
- Lead the development of innovative gift card products and promotional campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and the customer experience.

Sales & Marketing Integration:
- Partner closely with the Marketing team to design and execute compelling campaigns that effectively promote the gift card program across all channels.
- Oversee merchandising strategies to ensure visibility and attractiveness of gift card placements within restaurants and digital mediums.

Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and campaign effectiveness to optimize future initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop regular reports on gift card business performance for executive stakeholders.

Collaboration:
- Work with Operations and IT teams to ensure seamless implementation of initiatives and maintain quality standards across all aspects of the gift card program.
- Foster strong relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance the gift card experience and explore new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in a strategic role, preferably within retail or food service sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a knack for fostering teamwork and cross-functional partnerships.
