Job Description:

CP-Protect is seeking a dedicated and reliable Packaging Operator to join our team in Calgary, AB. The Packaging Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring packaging equipment, ensuring that products are packaged according to company standards and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, and previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging role.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate and monitor packaging equipment to ensure proper packaging of products
2. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
3. Make adjustments to equipment settings as needed
4. Keep work area clean and organized
5. Follow safety protocols and guidelines for handling products and operating equipment
6. Complete production logs and paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
7. Communicate with other team members to ensure smooth production flow
8. Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. High School diploma or equivalent
2. Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging role
3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
4. Strong attention to detail and quality
5. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
6. Strong communication and teamwork skills
7. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
