This role encompasses a blend of marketing initiatives, mentorship, and technical guidance in the development and preparation of plans, estimates, and specifications for various infrastructure projects, including drainage systems, structures, signals, and lighting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Efforts: Assist with comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services. This includes conducting market research, developing promotional materials, and drafting letters of response to potential clients and partners.

• Mentoring Support Staff: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior support staff, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration. Assist in their professional development through coaching and training.

• Project Development: Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to develop and prepare plans, estimates, or specifications. Ensure that all documentation adheres to industry standards and client specifications.

• Technical Support: Offer technical advice and support regarding drainage, structures, signals, and lighting projects, ensuring all solutions are feasible and effective.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing, especially in the engineering or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure projects related to drainage, structures, signals, and lighting.
