We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing and Project Development Specialist to join our team. This role will involve a blend of marketing initiatives, project guidance, and mentoring support staff to achieve operational excellence in various infrastructure projects, including drainage, structures, signals, and lighting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Efforts: Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies, including conducting research to identify potential opportunities. Prepare compelling letters of response for project proposals and client communications to enhance our brand visibility and engagement.

• Project Guidance: Support the planning, estimation, and specification development for various infrastructure projects. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure that project goals align with marketing initiatives and client expectations.

• Mentorship: Provide mentoring and guidance to support staff to enhance their skills and capabilities. Foster a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute to projects effectively.

• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing efforts with project development activities. Ensure that all marketing materials align with project specifications and organizational standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing and project management, preferably within the infrastructure sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate team members.
• Proficiency in research and proposal writing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
