We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing our marketing efforts, providing mentorship to support staff, and guiding the development and preparation of essential plans, estimates, or specifications for various projects, including but not limited to drainage, structures, signals, and lighting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Efforts:

  • Assist with the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies.
  • Conduct research to identify market trends and potential clients.
  • Prepare compelling letters of response and proposals to secure new projects.

• Mentoring Support Staff:

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages professional growth and skill development.

• Project Development:

  • Oversee the preparation and review of project plans, estimates, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards for drainage, structures, signals, and lighting.

• Collaboration:

  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to communicate project vision and updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management and engineering, particularly in drainage, structures, signals, and lighting.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
