Job Description: Marketing Coordinator for Construction Projects

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our team in the construction sector. This role will focus on the development of marketing materials and project pursuit documentation, playing a crucial role in showcasing our projects and securing new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to gather information and create compelling marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and proposals.
• Assist in the development of strategic marketing campaigns to promote current and upcoming construction projects.
• Organize and maintain a library of project case studies, client testimonials, and other marketing collateral.
• Research industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and other creative professionals to ensure high-quality materials are produced.
• Support the preparation and submission of requests for proposals (RFPs) and qualifications (RFQs).
• Participate in marketing meetings and contribute ideas to enhance messaging and outreach efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the construction or architecture sectors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and an ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with construction terminology and processes is a plus.
