Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to assist with the development of marketing and project pursuit materials for our construction projects. This role is critical in enhancing our brand presence and supporting our efforts to secure new projects. You will work closely with project managers, business development teams, and creative professionals to create compelling content that showcases our capabilities and differentiates us in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, proposals, and project case studies.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather project information, specs, and success stories for inclusion in pursuit materials.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for project pursuits.
- Assist in maintaining an organized database of marketing materials and project information to ensure consistency and accessibility.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Help coordinate presentations and promotional events, ensuring materials are tailored to target audiences.
- Support social media and online marketing initiatives to enhance visibility and engagement.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling content.
- Strong organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with construction industry terminology and project processes is highly desirable.
- Team player with a proactive approach and the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
- Analytical mindset for conducting market research and identifying trends.
- Previous experience in marketing, ideally within the construction or architecture sectors, is a plus.
