Job Title: Marketing and Project Support Specialist – Construction Projects

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Project Support Specialist to assist in the development of marketing and project pursuit materials for our construction projects. In this role, you will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and the marketing team to create compelling content that showcases our capabilities, highlights successful projects, and supports our business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and design of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and project proposals.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather information and insights on ongoing and completed projects.
• Develop and maintain a library of project case studies and success stories to be used in marketing materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and areas of opportunity for project pursuit.
• Support the coordination of presentations and proposals for bids and tenders.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with company branding and messaging standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project strategies and marketing initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic understanding of construction industry terminology and project lifecycle.
