Job description: The Company: Our client is seeking a QA Analyst to join their team for testing email campaigns, banner ads, and web content on Drupal platforms. This role is fully remote opportunity starting on an initial 6-month contract, extending through to the end of 2025.The Position: The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, experienced QA Analyst responsible for testing Salesforce CRM, banners, and web content on Drupal platforms. You should have a strong understanding of quality assurance processes, be experienced in CRM and web content testing, and proficient in Salesforce and Drupal systems. This role will involve validating content, ensuring seamless user experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain the highest standards of quality.Key Responsibilities

• Salesforce CRM Testing: Perform functional and regression testing of Salesforce CRM applications, ensuring they meet business and functional requirements. Test workflows, data integrity, and custom features to ensure system functionality.
• Web Content Testing on Drupal: Validate content displayed on Drupal websites across various browsers and devices. Ensure content aligns with design, functionality, and SEO standards. Test page rendering, updates, links, images, and forms on the web platform.
• Banner Testing: Test banners on multiple devices and screen sizes, ensuring compatibility, proper functionality, and aesthetic quality. Verify banner tracking and reporting to ensure accurate analytics.
• Collaborative Testing Process: Work closely with developers, project managers, and business analysts to understand user stories and acceptance criteria. Contribute to test automation efforts where applicable, particularly for repetitive tasks.
• Documentation & Reporting: Create test plans, test cases, and defect reports. Document testing processes, identify issues, and collaborate on resolutions. Provide updates on testing status and issues that need attention.

• Proven experience as a QA Analyst, focusing on testing Salesforce CRM, web content, and Drupal platforms.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, functional testing, regression, and cross-browser testing.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, including workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Proficient in testing content on Drupal CMS and web applications.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with banner testing and web content across various platforms and devices.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for testing purposes.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for web content.
