Job description: Job Description:Our client helps startups and mid-market companies grow and scale with confidence by providing full-service finance and accounting solutions.They are seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) Professional to manage financial models, forecasts, operating budgets, and KPIs for 4-8 clients simultaneously. You’ll report to a Finance Director and primarily serve clients in e-commerce, retail distribution, and CPG verticals (Central and/or Eastern Time). This fully remote role offers the unique opportunity to be the company’s first hire in Canada as they establish and expand their presence in the Canadian market.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain financial and demand planning models (e.g., 13-week cash flow, balance sheet forecasts).
• Build and oversee annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly budgets.
• Monitor and evaluate client KPIs, create dashboards, and conduct variance/trend analysis.
• Reconcile financial models with accounting records for data accuracy.
• Research and compile data for strategic business plans and initiatives.
• Prepare due diligence materials, including credit packages and pitch decks.
• Collaborate with CFOs and Controllers to address client-specific needs.

Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of FP& A experience and 2+ years in financial modeling and cash forecasting required.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (BBA).
• Strong multi-client management skills. 2+ years of experience working at a professional services/consulting/advisory firm.
• E-Commerce, retail distribution, or CPG industry experience mandatory.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
• An understanding of IFRS and USGAAP.
• Proactive, solution-focused, and client-centric approach.
• QuickBooks experience mandatory. Expertise in QBO and Xero; NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
