Clinical Fellow in Spinal Surgery (ST3+)

We are looking for a Clinical Fellow to work in the Spinal Surgery department at Barts Health NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be expected to provide high quality clinical care to patients with spinal disorders under the guidance of a consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide care and support to patients with spinal disorders
– Participate in the assessment and management of patients with spinal conditions
– Assist in surgical procedures and theatre sessions
– Contribute to the teaching and training of medical students and junior doctors
– Participate in research and audit activities within the department

Skills and Experience:
– Full registration with the GMC
– Experience in spinal surgery or related specialty
– Excellent clinical and communication skills
– Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
– Commitment to continuous professional development

This is a full-time position, and the salary will be based on the NHS pay scale for Clinical Fellows. The successful candidate will have the opportunity for career advancement and further training within the department.
