Contract Duration: 6 months from start date – potential for extension

Schedule Hours: 37.5 Hours Per week

Story Behind the Need:

  • Business Group: Global Engineering: Oversees changes/implementations to client programs.
  • Project: The Global Engineering team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Software Architect with a deep proficiency in the Adobe Marketing Technology ecosystem, encompassing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Customer Data Platform (CDP), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Adobe Audience Manager (AAM). The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the technical landscape of our digital marketing solutions, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and optimal performance within the Adobe ecosystem.

Typical Day in Role:

  • Architectural Design:
  • Develop and evolve comprehensive technical architectures for marketing solutions within the Adobe ecosystem, covering AEM, CDP, AEP, AJO, and AAM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Adobe Technology Expertise:
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions, including AEM, CDP, AEP, AJO, and AAM.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements, features, and best practices within the Adobe Marketing Technology ecosystem.
  • System Integration:
  • Lead the design and implementation of integration strategies between Adobe marketing technologies and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Evaluate and recommend third-party solutions that enhance the overall marketing technology stack.
  • Scalability and Performance Optimization:
  • Design solutions that are scalable and capable of handling increasing workloads.
  • Implement performance optimization strategies to enhance the speed, reliability, and efficiency of marketing technology solutions.
  • Data Management and Governance:
  • Collaborate with data management teams to establish robust data governance practices within Adobe marketing technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaboration and Leadership:
  • Work closely with development teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to solution development.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Must haves:

  • 10+ of previous Technical Software Architect experience with a focus on the Adobe Marketing Technology ecosystem.
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Customer Data Platform (CDP), Experience Platform (AEP), Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Audience Manager (AAM).
  • Strong understanding of system integration and data management principles.
  • Adobe certification in relevant marketing technologies. (at least 1 certification)
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Nice to have:

  • Previous FI experience – insurance and banking

Education and Certifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Interview: 1 interview with HM and team (panel interview) – 1 hr – Teams video

The contract is for 6 months with the potential for extension, and the role requires 1-2 days in the office per week. The candidate must have 10+ years of experience with Adobe Marketing Technology, including AEM, CDP, AEP, AJO, and AAM, as well as knowledge of system integration and data management principles. An Adobe certification and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies are required, with previous FI experience being a bonus. The interview process consists of a 1-hour panel interview with the hiring manager and team.
Data Scientist

The role of the Data Scientist is to develop and implement data-driven solutions that deliver business impact and increase operational efficiency. The Data Scientist will also be responsible for presenting and communicating insights and findings to stakeholders, as well as collaborating with other teams to develop and optimize data-driven products and solutions. Ideal candidates will have strong technical and analytical skills, as well as a solid understanding of statistical methods and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. This position also requires strong problem-solving skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
