They are looking for a Sr Project Manager with Excel, data analytics, and consumer goods experience to support our clients healthcare portfolio.
Location:

Responsibilities:
· White-Glove Support: Provide top-notch support for 20+ suppliers, ensuring their needs are met with excellence. Our existence is to ensure they receive value from Distilr and stick with us for years to come (high retention, low churn).
· Onboarding and Training: Oversee the onboarding and training processes for all suppliers, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition
· Data & Insights Support: Provide our customers with customer reports and insights to help highlight opportunities to grow their business.
· Data Quality Assurance: Collaborate to maintain clean and actionable data from our suppliers, enabling informed decision-making.
· Sales Force Optimization: Maintain the utilization of Salesforce within the organization, enhancing our efficiency.
· Liaison Role: Serve as a crucial link between suppliers and all internal teams within Compass and Foodbuy, facilitating seamless collaboration.
· Strategic Partner: Dive deep into our suppliers’ businesses, gaining an in-depth understanding of their industry categories, and positioning yourself as a catalyst for their growth.
· Support Leadership: Assist our leadership team as needed in retention (renewals) and growth activities, including sales demos, cold calls, and other initiatives.
Must Haves:
· Project Management at a Sr level
· Excel/Data Wizard: You are an advanced MS Excel user (or Power BI, Looker, etc.) who is not afraid of working with Big Data and getting into the nuts and bolts of a mess to make sense of it all in the simplest forms.
· Industry experience in CPG sales, marketing, and analytics are highly valued.
· Supply chain management, and data analysis.
· Passionate about data, technology, and the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
