Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our Sales and Marketing Office. This role involves providing exceptional hospitality to all guests and offering comprehensive support to our Director of Sales and Marketing. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and execution of our community marketing plan while monitoring its effectiveness to ensure optimal results.
Key Responsibilities:

Guest Relations:
- Welcome and assist all guests visiting the sales office, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Administrative Support:
- Provide back-up support to the Director, including scheduling, correspondence, and project management.

Marketing Development:
- Collaborate in the development of the community marketing plan, contributing innovative ideas and strategies.

Effectiveness Monitoring:
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide detailed reports and recommendations for improvements.

Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is preferred.
