Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will take ownership of facilitating smooth communication, alignment, and execution of strategies that drive our marketing efforts forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing sales strategies are consistent and aligned with HGV Direct’s vision and goals.

• Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, ensuring compliance with established strategies and objectives.

• Facilitation and Coordination: Host regular strategy sessions and workshops, fostering open discussions to align on objectives and share insights across departments.

• Reporting and Analysis: Analyze campaign performance, collect feedback, and generate reports to provide insights on the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the execution of marketing initiatives.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for optimization within marketing strategies and processes, recommending enhancements to maximize impact and efficiency.

Qualifications:
