Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated One-on-One & Group Coaching Specialist to join our team at HGV. In this role, you will play a critical part in executing our Direct Marketing Sales Strategy, ensuring that coaching sessions align with our overarching goals across various teams and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalized one-on-one coaching sessions to support individual team members in enhancing their sales skills, addressing challenges, and achieving performance objectives.
• Facilitate engaging group coaching sessions to foster collaboration, share best practices, and drive collective success within teams.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to develop tailored coaching programs that align with the HGV Direct Marketing Sales Strategy.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of coaching sessions, providing actionable feedback and making continuous improvements to coaching methodologies.
• Assist in the creation of training materials and resources that support the sales strategy and empower team members.
• Build strong relationships with team members, nurturing a culture of learning and growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales coaching or training, particularly in a marketing or direct sales environment.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for mentoring and empowering others.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and utilize data to inform coaching strategies.
• Flexibility to adapt coaching styles to meet diverse team needs.
