Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies that resonate with prospective residents and their families.
• Foster strong relationships with current residents and their families to encourage referrals and build a sense of community.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning, ensuring our offerings meet the needs of our diverse clientele.
• Create engaging promotional materials and manage our digital marketing presence, including social media and our website.
• Work collaboratively with the Executive Director to align sales goals with operational objectives, ensuring a seamless experience for all residents.
• Lead community outreach efforts, building partnerships with local organizations to enhance visibility and reputation in the market.
• Organize and participate in events and community engagements to showcase our lively atmosphere and exceptional resident experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the senior living or healthcare sectors.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; a genuine passion for serving seniors is essential.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends effectively.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling marketing materials.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools.
