They conduct daily and weekly reviews of potential leads in the pipeline, using tools like the Hot Board to track progress. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator also actively participates in sales meetings, including semi-annual marketing meetings with AgeWell Solvere Living to discuss strategies and initiatives. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with team members to drive success in sales and marketing efforts.
