Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with digital HR technologies and software is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
