Job description: As a Sales and Marketing Front Desk Associate, your primary role will be to assist customers and provide support to the Sales and Marketing Departments. You will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, processing sales transactions, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. In addition, you will also be responsible for managing gifting programs, coordinating kitchen duties, and supporting various marketing initiatives. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, strong customer service abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with various team members.
