Job description: As our Sales Growth Analyst Intern, you will directly impact our Direct Sales group’s ability to win more business and increase margin and profitability. Every day, you will analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and implement a strategy to maximize our company’s growth potential. You will work closely with our Senior Growth Vertical Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will play a significant role in designing and executing our growth strategy and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities • Work closely with our Senior Growth Vertical Manager, Vice President of Direct Sales, and the Canadian Direct Sales Group to contribute, and provide strategic input and execution on our Canadian Growth plan.

  • Analyze data to identify growth opportunities, trends, and customer behavior patterns.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, and operations to develop actionable initiatives for growth.
  • Utilize data insights to optimize customer acquisition and monetization strategies.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
  • Spend time learning from customers, our sales group (SDR, Account Executives), marketers, and operations.

Qualifications:

  • Studying for a degree in statistics, business, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
  • Project management experience.
  • Strategic thinking combined with ‘on your feet’ thinking, problem solver.

Our company is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team in Vancouver, BC. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
