Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy: Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic sales and marketing team to create and implement effective strategies.
• Revenue Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans tailored to meet community-specific revenue targets and occupancy goals.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning, adjusting strategies accordingly to ensure success.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with external partners, community organizations, and potential clients to enhance brand visibility and foster trust.
• Performance Monitoring: Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, utilizing data to refine approaches and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience in sales and marketing.
• Proven track record in driving sales growth in a competitive environment, ideally within the senior living or healthcare sector.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
