• Budget Management: Plan and compile department budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets while executing effective marketing strategies.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement innovative marketing plans that align with the hotel’s objectives and brand vision.
• Sales Initiatives: Identify new sales opportunities and create strategies to capture and convert leads.
• Event Planning: Coordinate promotional activities and events to enhance visibility and engagement within the community.
• Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for meeting new people and networking.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to overcome challenges.
• Proficiency in budget management and marketing tools.
