We are seeking a dedicated Compliance and Regulatory Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory standards across all operational aspects of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Compliance, Legal, HR, and Marketing teams to develop and track performance metrics, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.

• Regulatory Monitoring: Proactively monitor changes in regulations and compliance standards, providing updates and actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.

• Contract Auditing: Conduct thorough audits of contracts, verifying compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory standards across both digital and physical domains.

• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on compliance findings, highlighting risks and opportunities for improvement.

• Training and Support: Assist in developing training programs and materials to enhance awareness of compliance guidelines and best practices within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Compliance, Law, or a related field.
• Proven experience in compliance and regulatory roles, preferably within a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify potential compliance issues.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
• Familiarity with contract auditing processes and regulatory standards.
