Job Description: Compliance and Regulatory Analyst

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance and Regulatory Analyst to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and regulatory adherence of our operations. This role requires a collaborative mindset, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Legal, HR, and Marketing, to monitor performance, track compliance metrics, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough audits of contracts and agreements to verify compliance across both digital and physical platforms.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, HR, and Marketing teams to harmonize strategies for performance tracking and regulatory monitoring.
• Develop and implement processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation related to compliance.
• Analyze regulatory guidelines and communicate requirements effectively to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare reports on compliance findings and recommend improvements to enhance adherence to regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to proactively address compliance issues.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops aimed at educating staff on compliance and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Proven experience in compliance or regulatory roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with auditing processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
