Job Title: Compliance and Regulatory Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance and Regulatory Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory standards in all company operations. Your primary focus will be to collaborate cross-functionally with teams, including Compliance, Legal, HR, and Marketing, to effectively manage performance tracking and regulatory monitoring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough audits of contracts to verify compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and industry standards across both digital and physical environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on compliance practices and regulatory requirements.
• Track and report on performance metrics related to compliance initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring timely action is taken.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance awareness and understanding of compliance requirements among employees.
• Monitor changes in regulations that may impact the organization and work with relevant teams to integrate necessary adjustments into existing processes.
• Create and maintain accurate documentation to support compliance efforts and audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
• Proven experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in using compliance management software and tools.
