Job Description: Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory requirements across all functions of the organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Compliance, Legal, HR, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to monitor performance, track compliance metrics, and enhance regulatory oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough audits of contracts and other documents to verify compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including Compliance, Legal, HR, and Marketing, to facilitate effective regulatory monitoring and performance tracking.
• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures to enhance regulatory adherence.
• Review digital and physical assets to ensure they meet all compliance standards and are accurately represented.
• Prepare reports on compliance status, identifying potential risks and areas for improvement, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance and advise relevant departments accordingly.
• Support training initiatives to educate teams about compliance requirements and foster a culture of compliance within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Proven experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or auditing, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across multiple departments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy and thoroughness.
• Familiarity with digital compliance standards and regulations is a plus.
