Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory standards within our organization. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Compliance, Legal, HR, and Marketing to enhance performance tracking and regulatory monitoring efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough audits of contracts and agreements to verify compliance with industry regulations and company policies across both digital and physical platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance strategies that align with organizational objectives.
• Monitor regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure ongoing adherence and mitigate risks.
• Provide training and support to various departments, ensuring understanding of compliance requirements and protocols.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for internal and external audits, ensuring all compliance measures are accurately reflected.
• Actively participate in compliance meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance processes and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Compliance, or related field.
• Proven experience in compliance auditing, contract management, or regulatory affairs.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with various teams.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards relevant to our industry (e.g., data protection, consumer rights).
• Proficiency in compliance tracking tools and software.
