Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory standards across all operations. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, HR, and Marketing teams to monitor performance, track compliance metrics, and maintain regulatory oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough audits of contracts to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Legal, HR, and Marketing, to align on compliance strategies and objectives.
• Monitor and track regulatory changes and ensure that all business practices adapt accordingly.
• Perform compliance assessments across both digital and physical platforms to validate adherence to industry standards.
• Develop and implement compliance training programs for employees to foster a culture of regulatory awareness.
• Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
• Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies when necessary, facilitating communication and ensuring compliance-related inquiries are addressed promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Compliance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in regulatory compliance or a related area, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Proficient in compliance software and tools as well as standard office applications.
