Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance and Regulatory Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory standards within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include auditing contracts and verifying compliance across both digital and physical domains.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with key departments, including Compliance, Legal, Human Resources, and Marketing, to monitor performance and track regulatory requirements. Your ability to effectively communicate and work with diverse teams will be essential in driving our compliance initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough audits of contracts to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and best practices.
• Monitor and verify adherence to regulatory requirements across digital platforms and physical operations.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, HR, and Marketing teams to facilitate comprehensive tracking and reporting mechanisms.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve compliance processes and maintain regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations, providing expertise and guidance to the organization.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support compliance efforts and address any identified issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Proven experience in compliance, auditing, or regulatory affairs.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
• Familiarity with digital compliance frameworks and standards.
