Job Description: Compliance and Regulatory Analyst

Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Compliance and Regulatory Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory requirements across our organization. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Human Resources, and Marketing teams to monitor performance, track compliance, and maintain regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular audits of contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, both in digital and physical formats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Compliance, Legal, HR, and Marketing to address compliance issues and improve processes.
• Develop and implement tracking mechanisms to monitor ongoing compliance and regulatory adherence across departments.
• Analyze and report on performance metrics related to compliance initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure organizational policies and practices align with legal requirements.
• Assist in the development of compliance training materials and programs to educate staff on regulatory adherence.
• Support the preparation of documentation and reports for audits and regulatory reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of compliance regulations and best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in contract auditing and compliance tracking.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
