We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and optimize customer engagement efforts. In this role, you will organize and execute innovative sales events aimed at enhancing relationships with both existing and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Event Coordination: Plan and organize engaging sales events that foster customer interaction, drive product awareness, and enhance overall engagement.

• Marketing Material Management: Ensure that updated marketing materials are easily accessible to the Sales team, facilitating informed and effective customer interactions.

• PowerPoint Presentations: Create compelling, customer-focused PowerPoint presentations utilizing a variety of marketing materials, tailored to meet the needs and preferences of our diverse clientele.

• Collaboration with CHQ: Work closely with the Central Headquarters (CHQ) to align sales strategies with corporate goals and ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales management or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
• Familiarity with market trends and customer engagement strategies.
