Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Facility or Service Line Administrator to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation and strategic growth of our facilities or service lines. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, as well as a strong background in sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Community Relations, Media, and Public Relations teams to enhance our facility’s visibility and brand presence in the community.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aimed at promoting services and increasing patient engagement.
• Analyze market trends and performance metrics to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities within the service line.
• Foster relationships with referring physicians, community organizations, and stakeholders to drive service line utilization and expansion.
• Monitor facility operations to ensure compliance with regulations and standards, contributing to the delivery of quality patient care.
• Engage in budget management and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, driving a culture of excellence in service delivery and patient satisfaction.
