Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales activity metrics to provide actionable insights to facility and service line administrators.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop strategies that align with sales goals and enhance outreach efforts.
• Leverage a consultative selling approach to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the healthcare industry.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, presenting findings and recommendations.
• Support the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives to optimize performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing within the healthcare sector or a similar industry.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic insights.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with expertise in consultative selling techniques.
• Proficiency in sales analytics tools and CRM software.
